At MUJI, we believe in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and include all tags. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and opened bedding cannot be returned.

Prepare Documentation

Locate your original receipt or packing slip. For online orders, log in to your account to print a return authorization form and a prepaid shipping label.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the items in their original box if possible. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
