How long does shipping typically take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear, food items, and cosmetics cannot be returned once opened.

Are MUJI products sustainable?

Sustainability is at our core. We strive to reduce waste by using recycled materials, eliminating unnecessary bleaching of paper and fabrics, and minimizing plastic packaging wherever possible.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can cancel an order within 60 minutes of placement. After this window, we are unable to make modifications, but you may return the items once they arrive.
